With over three decades of experience, I've been calling Square Dancing from Basics to C2 level and teaching Country (Contra) Dancing across multiple countries. I'm proud to serve communities in the Czech Republic, Germany, and beyond.
My calling has taken me across Europe, including Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, and Slovakia.
Calling Expertise
I'm an active member of international CALLERLAB, ECTA e.V., and local CSCTA o.s., and CCCDCA o.s.
Currently teaching and calling for Country Farrow SDC in Prague, SDC ComeBack Úvaly, Wild Bunch e.V. in Waldershof, and as guest for Smiling Bavarians e.V. in Neutraubling, Dancing Strawberries in Seyring, The Workshoppers in Wien and Corvinus Dancers in Wiener Neustadt.
Square or Contra
Square Dancing and Country Dancing are traditional social dances guided by a caller, where participants follow choreographed steps to music.
Contra Dancing
In Contra and Old Timers dancing, dancers perform a series of figures or moves for a short time, repeating the same patterns. The caller teaches each dance before it's performed to music.
